Herbed Cheese Bread

Herbed Cheese Bread


4 slices of sourdough bread
1/2 cup of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese or Italian 3 cheese blend
1/2 teaspoon of herbs de Provence


Brush the olive oil on top of the four slices of bread.  Dust the Parmesan cheese onto the bread slices.  Sprinkle the herbs de Provence onto top go the cheese on each slice of bread.

Place the slices of bread onto a baking sheet and broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes until the bread is lightly toasted.
