Kale and Sun-dried Tomato Pasta Salad


Kale and Sun-dried Tomato Pasta Salad


Ingredients You Will Need:

1 lb of tri-color pasta (already cooked)
2 cups of finely chopped kale
1/2 cup of chopped sun-dried tomatoes (in oil) 1/2 cup of chopped white onion
1/2 cup of olive oil
1/3 tsp of Herbs de Provence
1/3 cup of freshly grated Parmesan
or Romano Cheese
salt and pepper to taste


Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
