Lemon Dill Potato Salad

Lemon Dill Potato Salad


18-20 small rose potatoes
1 teaspoon of chopped dill
   1 full white onion
Chopped celery
1 cup of lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt


1. Rinse the potatoes with cold water, cut and peel them and then place them in the fridge to cool.

2. Chop the onion and the celery and mix them together with the potatoes. Add salt, dill, lemon juice and olive oil.

3. Stir well.  Plate and serve.
