No Fuss Chicken Fajita Tacos



2 cups of shredded Rotisserie Chicken
2 cups of frozen sliced bell pepper and onion mix
1 tsp. of chili powder
1 clove of grated garlic
1 cup of shredded romaine lettuce
1/2 cup of grated reduced fat cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. of nonfat sour cream
1/2 cup of red salsa

Sautee the bell peppers, onions, chili powder and garlic together in a skillet with 1/4 cup of water for 5 minutes on medium heat.
Turn off the stove.


Microwave  2 corn tortillas for 20 seconds on a large plate.  When the tortillas are done, place them on a counter next to the fajita mix.  

Spoon half of the fajita mix into each tortilla. To the tortillas also add half the bell peppers, onions, lettuce and cheese in that order.

To Garnish the tacos, add 1/2 cup of salsa and 1 tbsp of sour cream to each taco.  Enjoy!
