Salmon Herb Pasta Salad

Salmon Herb Pasta Salad 



Ingredients:

2 salmon fillets, poached and flaked
into small pieces
tricolored pasta (1lb, cooked)
1 cup of diced celery
1/2 cup of chopped white onion
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste


Dressing for the Pasta Salad
Mix the following ingredients in a small bowl

cup of nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp of light mayo
1/2 tsp herbs de Provence



Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients together in a medium sized bowl.  
Serve and Enjoy!
