Veggie Kabobs

                            Veggie Kabobs


1 white onion, cut into wedges
3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
                              2 Red bell peppers cut into wedges
                              6 mushrooms cut into half
                              1/4 of Olive Oil

Instructions:  In a small bowl, toss the all the cut vegetables in a bowl with the olive oil.

Add the vegetable pieces onto metal skewers.  broil in the oven or grill on a grill pan 7-10 minutes.   Turn the skewers every 3 1/2 minutes.  Serve and enjoy!
