Italian Pickle Relish

Italian Pickle Relish




3 cups of pickled vegetables, finely chopped
1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning
1 cup of olive oil
1/2 cup of finely chopped white onion



In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and mix together.  This relish is fantastic on Italian subs or mixed into chopped salads.
