Greek Chopped Salad

Greek Chopped Salad

6 cups of iceberg lettuce 
1 head of romaine lettuce
1 cup of pitted black olives
1/2 cup of sliced white onions
1 cup of chopped tomatoes
1 cucumber sliced
1 cups of Greek dressing
1/2 cup of Feta cheese (garnish)

In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients together and toss.  Garnish the salad with the Feta cheese by sprinkling it on the top.  Serve and enjoy!

Greek Dressing 

1 cup of lemon juice
1 cup of olive oil
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp of dried oregano

In a small bowl, add the ingredients for the salad dressing and mix well.
