Lebanese Potato Salad

Lebanese Potato Salad


18-20 small rose potatoes, cut into small 1 inch pieces and boiled until tender
1 cup of green onions, chopped
1 cup of chopped Italian parsley

2 tbsp of chopped savory

1 cup of Lebanese dressing


1. Drain the potatoes, place them in a large bowl,  and allow them to cool on the counter.

2. When the potatoes are cool,  add the rest of the ingredients and the Lebanese dressing into the bowl.

3. Mix well.   Serve and enjoy.

Lebanese Salad Dressing:


1 clove of grated garlic
1 cup of lemon juice
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 teaspoon of salt
black pepper to taste
In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
