Artichoke, Spinach, and Sun-dried Tomato Balls


 Artichoke, Spinach, and Sun-dried Tomato Balls


1 cup of chopped artichoke hearts
2 cups of frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 cup of chopped sun dried tomatoes
2 packages of cream cheese
salt to taste
freshly ground pepper to taste
1/4 tsp of Italian seasoning
2 cups of breadcrumbs
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese




In a medium bowl, add all the ingredients together and mix well.  Roll the mixture into small balls. 
Add 2 cups of breadcrumbs and the parmesan cheese into a small bowl.  Mix well.  Dredge the balls into the breadcrumbs.  
Serve and enjoy!
