Creamy Lemon Piccata Sauce

 Creamy Lemon Piccata Sauce

1 cup of Alfredo sauce
the juice of 1 lemon
                   1 cup of white wine
             tsp. of capers
             1/2 tsp. of Italian seasoning 
             1/8 tsp. of red pepper
             1 clove of garlic, grated
                    1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup of water

In a large saucepan,  add the olive oil, garlic, crushed red pepper, the Italian seasoning,  and sautee over medium heat for about 1 minute.  Add the white wine and the capers and sautee for another 1-2 minutes. Add the Alfredo sauce, the Parmesan cheese and stir well.  Cook for another 6-7 minutes.  Serve over your favorite pasta.  Enjoy!
