Italian Style Sauteed Power Greens

Here's a great side dish that features nutritionally-packed greens sauteed Italian style!  Replace your carbohydrates at lunch or dinner time with this tasty treat and cut calories!

4 cups of chopped collard greens
4 cups of spinach
2 cups of chopped kale
2 cups of chopped tomatoes
1 cup of chopped white onions
2 cups of Portabello mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon of Italian seasonong
1/2 cup of olive oil
2 cloves of garlic, grated
1 cup of white wine
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese (Garnish)

In a large skillet, add the olive oil, the garlic, the onions, the mushrooms and the Italian seasoning.  Sautee over medium heat for about 5 minutes.  Add the white wine, the collard greens, the kale, the spinach and the tomatoes,  Sautee for another 5 minutes.
