Power Greens Salad

Power Greens Salad

4 cups of chopped collard greens
4 cups of spinach
1 head of romaine lettuce
2 cups of chopped kale
2 cups of chopped parsley
2 cups of chopped tomatoes
1 cup of chopped white onions
1 cucumber sliced
2 cups of Greek or Lebanese dressing

In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients together and toss.  Serve and enjoy!
