Chicken Parmigiana

Easy Chicken Parmigiana




Ingredients:

2 chicken fillets
1/2 cup of bread crumbs 
2 cups of marinara sauce
1 cup of Mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese




Instructions: 

In a small bowl, add the bread crumbs.  Place each of the chicken fillets in the breadcrumbs and coat evenly.  

Place the chicken fillets into a small baking dish and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.  Flip each of the chicken breasts once after they have cooked for 15 minutes.  

Add half of the marinara sauce, Mozzarella cheese, and the Parmesan cheese to the top of each of the chicken breasts.  Bake the chicken for another 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
