Kale, Cabbage and Broccoli Slaw


If you need an ultra-healthy but tasty side,  this slaw is for you!  It's loaded with kale and green cabbage, and broccoli:  3 cruciferous vegetables with anti-cancer properties.  The olive oil helps lower the levels of triglycerides in the body and also helps to maintain healthy cells, veins and arteries.  


Ingredients:

2 cups of chopped kale
2 cups of chopped green cabbage
2 cups of finely chopped broccoli
1 cup of shredded carrots 
1/2 cup of lime juice
1 cup of olive oil
1/8 teaspoon of Lawry's salt


Instructions:


In a large mixing bowl,  add all the ingredients.  Mix well.  Serve and enjoy!
