Phillipe's Marinated Beef and Veggie Kabobs

Phillipe's Marinated Beef and Veggie Kabobs


Ingredients:

1 lb of London Broil, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 large white onion, cut into wedges 

1 large tomato, cut into wedges

1 red bell pepper, cut into wedges

1 lb of London Broil, cut into 1 inch squares

2 cups of Phillipe's Caesar Dressing

6 bamboo skewers 



Instructions:

Soak the bamboo skewers in water for one hour.

In a large Ziploc bag, add the beef cubes and Phillipe's Caesar Dressing.  Marinate the beef cubes in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.  
Alternate and place the beef cubes, onion, tomato, and bell peppers on the skewers. 

Grill the skewers on a hot grill pan for 16 minutes.   Turn the skewers every 4 minutes.  Take the skewers off the grill pan and place them on a serving plate.  Enjoy!
