Tuscan Broccoli

Tuscan Broccoli


 6 cups of broccoli

 1 clove of garlic, grated

1/2 cup of olive oil

1/4 tsp. of Italian seasoning

1/2 cup of freshly grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

 crushed red peppers, to taste


In a small non-stick saucepan, add the garlic, the olive oil, and the crushed red pepper flakes.  Sautee the garlic and the red pepper flakes over low heat for 1-minutes.  

Add the broccoli and the Italian seasoning to the saucepan.  Mix all the ingredients and together and cook the broccoli for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the broccoli to a medium serving bowl.  Sprinkle the grated Romano or Parmesan cheese on top of the broccoli. Serve and enjoy!
