Green Olive and Tomato Tapenade

Green Olive and Tomato Tapenade


1 cup of finely chopped black olive
1/2 cup of finely chopped canned tomato
1 clove of grated garlic
1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese 
1 1/2 cup of olive oil
1/8 tsp of dried oregano 
1/2 cup of red wine
sea salt to taste 
freshly ground black pepper, to taste


Add all the ingredients into a medium sized mixing bowl. Mix all the ingredients together.  Serve with fresh French or Sourdough bread.  Enjoy!
