Marinated Asian Ribeye
When I have a craving for Korean barbeque, I make this recipe. The thinly sliced ribeye, when marinated, packs a lot of flavor!
1 lb of thinly sliced ribeye steak
1 1/2 cups of Asian Marinade
Lay out the ribeye slices evenly in a medium size bowl. Pour in the marinade on top of the ribeye. Marinade the ribeye for an hour. Cook the ribeye on a hot, cast iron or nonstick grill for 3-5 minutes. Serve with steamed white rice and grilled vegetables for a well rounded, healthy meal.
