Phillipe's Marinated and Grilled Chicken Breasts

             Phillipe's Marinated and Grilled Chicken Breasts


Ingredients:

 

5-6 small chicken breast fillets

2 cups of Phillipe's Caesar Dressing




Instructions:


In a large Ziploc bag, add the chicken breasts and Phillipe's Caesar Dressing.  Marinate the chicken breasts in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.  


Grill the chicken breasts on a hot grill pan for 20 minutes.  10 minutes on each side.  Take the chicken breasts off the grill pan and place them on a serving plate.  Enjoy!





Creamy Lemon-Basil Shrimp Fettucine

Creamy Lemon Basil Shrimp Fettucine


Ingredients:


1 lb of cooked Fettucine Pasta, at room temperature
2 cups of cooked, shelled shrimp 
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of chopped parsley
20 basil leaves, chopped
juice of one lemon 
1/2 teaspoon of capers, finely chopped
salt to taste


Instructions:

In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the pasta.  Blend  until the mixture is smooth and well mixed.  

Place the pasta in a medium mixing bowl.  Add the lemon-basil mixture to the bowl and stir into the pasta.  Mix well. Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl.  Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator until it is ready to be served.

Creamy Dill Pasta

Creamy Dill Penne Pasta 


Ingredients:






1 lb of cooked Penne Pasta, at room temperature
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 cup of chopped dill
salt to taste


Instructions:

In a blender, add all the ingredients except for the pasta.  Blend  until the mixture is smooth and well mixed.  

Place the pasta in a medium mixing bowl.  Add the dill mixture to the bowl and stir into the pasta.  Mix well. Transfer the pasta to a serving bowl.  Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator until it is ready to be served.

Tuscan Broccoli

Tuscan Broccoli

Ingredients:

 6 cups of broccoli

 1 clove of garlic, grated

1/2 cup of olive oil

1/4 tsp. of Italian seasoning

1/2 cup of freshly grated Romano or Parmesan cheese

 crushed red peppers, to taste


Instructions:

In a small non-stick saucepan, add the garlic, the olive oil, and the crushed red pepper flakes.  Sautee the garlic and the red pepper flakes over low heat for 1-minutes.  

Add the broccoli and the Italian seasoning to the saucepan.  Mix all the ingredients and together and cook the broccoli for 2-3 minutes.

Transfer the broccoli to a medium serving bowl.  Sprinkle the grated Romano or Parmesan cheese on top of the broccoli. Serve and enjoy!
