Spinach, Artichoke and Chicken Fettucine

Spinach, Artichoke and Chicken Fettucine



Ingredients:

1 lb of cooked fettuccine pasta
2 cups of frozen spinach, thawed
1 cup of  artichoke hearts
1 cup of shredded Rotisserie or boiled chicken
16 oz of Alfredo sauce
1 cup of milk
1 cup of mozzarella cheese 
1/2 cup of finely chopped white onion
1,2 cup of Parmesan cheese




Instructions:

In a arge non-stick saucepan,  add all the ingredients except for the Fettucine. and mix well.  Cook over medium heat for 12-15 minutes.  Add the fettucine to the pan and cook for another 3 to fie minutes. 

Creamed Spinach Alfredo

Ingredients:


2 cups of frozen spinach, thawed
16 oz of Alfredo sauce
1 cup of mozzarella cheese 
1/2 cup of finely chopped white 
12 cup of Parmesan cheese






Instructions: 


In a medium mixing bowl, add all the ingredients into a medium saucepan and mix well.  Cook this mixture over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until it begins to simmer.   Add to a serving bowl and enjoy!


Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients:

2 cups of frozen spinach, thawed
1 cup of  artichoke hearts
16 oz of Alfredo sauce
1 cup of mozzarella cheese 
1/2 cup of finely chopped white 
1,2 cup of Parmesan cheese




Instructions:

In a medium mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except for the Parmesan cheese and mix well.  Transfer this mixture to a small baking dish.  Add the Parmesan cheese evenly on top of this mixture.

Preheat the oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit.  Bake the artichoke dip for about 25 minutes. 

Phillipe's Chicken Caesar Salad

Ingredients:


1 head of romaine lettuce
1 cup of shredded cooked chicken
1 1/2 cups of Phillipe's Caesar Dressing
1 cup of croutons
1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese (garnish)



Instructions:

In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients together and toss. Garnish the salad with the Parmesan cheese by sprinkling it on the top.  Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients:

4 cups of iceberg lettuce 
4 cups of fresh spinach 
1 head of romaine lettuce
2 cups of Phillipe's Caesar Dressing
1 cup of toasted pita bread, crumbled
1/2 cup of Grated Parmesan cheese (garnish)

Instructions:

In a large salad bowl, add all the ingredients together and toss. Garnish the salad with the Parmesan cheese by sprinkling it on the top.  Serve and enjoy!

Phillipe's Marinated Beef and Veggie Kabobs

Phillipe's Marinated Beef and Veggie Kabobs


Ingredients:

1 lb of London Broil, cut into 1 inch cubes

1 large white onion, cut into wedges 

1 large tomato, cut into wedges

1 red bell pepper, cut into wedges

1 lb of London Broil, cut into 1 inch squares

2 cups of Phillipe's Caesar Dressing

6 bamboo skewers 



Instructions:

Soak the bamboo skewers in water for one hour.

In a large Ziploc bag, add the beef cubes and Phillipe's Caesar Dressing.  Marinate the beef cubes in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.  
Alternate and place the beef cubes, onion, tomato, and bell peppers on the skewers. 

Grill the skewers on a hot grill pan for 16 minutes.   Turn the skewers every 4 minutes.  Take the skewers off the grill pan and place them on a serving plate.  Enjoy!
