Cream of Chicken Soup

Cream of Chicken Soup




1 tablespoon of flour
1 tablespoon of butter
1 cups of milk 
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon of chicken bullion
1/4 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

In a medium saucepan, add the flour and butter. Cook and stir until the mixture is tan in color.  Add the milk, the water, the Italian seasoning and the chicken bullion.  Bring the mixture to a boil and allow it to thicken.  Take the sauce pan off the heat when the sauce is of the desired thickness.
