Fideo (Vermicelli) Soup

Fideo (Vermicelli) Soup


This recipe in incredibly easy to make and delicious as well.


Ingredients:

1/2 lb of vermicelli or capellini pasta, cut into small segments
1 tblspn of chicken buillion, powder form
1  5oz can of tomato sauce
1 quart of water
1/2 cup of chopped cilantro
1 clove of grated garlic
1 cup of chopped white onion
1 cup of chopped celery
black pepper to taste



Instructions: 

In a medium sauce pan, add all the ingredients.  Cook over a medium heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
