French Style Egg Salad

                                 French Style Egg Salad  



Ingredients:

8 eggs, hard boiled

1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of chopped white onion
1/8 tsp of salt
a pinch of pepper
2 cups of mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon of Herbs de Provence
1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard 

 Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.  Mix well and serve.

Monica's Macaroni Salad

                             Monica's Macaroni Salad  

This salad is a version of a more traditional macaroni salad.   It is mixed with a lot of crispy vegetables.  Its crunchy and will definitely put a smile on your face.


Ingredients:
 
1 lb of cooked elbow macaroni
1 cup of chopped celery
1 cup of chopped red pepper
1 cup of chopped white onion
1 cup of  grated carrot
1 cup of black olives
1/8 tsp of salt
a pinch of pepper
2 cups of mayonnaise

 Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.  Mix well and serve.

Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and Salmon Kabobs

  Grilled Teriyaki Chicken and Salmon Kabobs 


Ingredients:

1 lb of chicken cut into 1 inch squares 
                  1 lb of chicken cut into 1 inch squares   
                  1 cup of Teriyaki sauce
                  1 tablespoon of sesame seeds


Instructions:  

Add the pieces of chicken onto metal skewers.  Add the pieces of salmon to the skewers. Grill under the broiler for 7 minutes.  Turn the skewers and broil for another 7 minutes.    

                              Take out the skewers from the broiler.  Brush the skewers with Teriyaki sauce and
                              sprinkle with sesame seeds.
