Tangy French Style Coleslaw




Tangy French Style Coleslaw

This tangy, French version of coleslaw is absolutely delicious. It can used as a side or as a condiment inside sandwiches. 


Ingredients:

1 cup of chopped green cabbage
1 cup of chopped red cabbage
1 cup of chopped red onion
1 cup of grated carrot
1 cup of chopped celery
1/2 finely chopped parsley
1 cup of French vinegarette


Instructions:

Add all the ingredients to a large mixing bowl.  Mix well and serve.


Chicken and Creamy Pesto Alfredo Pasta

Ingredients:
                    1/2 lb of cooked Bowtie Pasta
                    1 cup of cooked chicken
2 cups of creamy pesto Alfredo sauce
                              2 tablespoons of Basil Pesto Sauce
                           


Instructions:

In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.  Transfer the pasta to a large serving bowl  and enjoy!

Creamy Pesto Alfredo Sauce

  Creamy Pesto Alfredo Sauce

 One of the pasta sauces that I absolutely is this one.  The combination of the bold pesto and the creamy, cheesy Alfredo sauce is makes a flavor packed sauce. 


Ingredients:
                 
2 cups of Alfredo Sauce
                              2 tablespoons of Basil Pesto Sauce

                           


Instructions:

In a large blender, add all the ingredients together and mix well.  Place the creamy pesto Alfredo sauce into a small serving bowl to dip bread into or use it with  pasta. 
Mix together and serve!
