Herb-Roasted Pork Chops
Here is a tasty pork chop recipe served with an au jus. This recipe is one of my son Phillip's favorites! He says "Its to die for!" It will definitely put a smile on your face!
1 tsp of garlic salt
1 tsp of freshly minced rosemary
1/2 tsp of Italian Seasoning
6 pork chops
1. Lay out the pork chops on a large baking pan
2. Sprinkle the garlic salt, rosemary and garlic salt evenly over the pork chops.
3. Broil the pork chops for 20 minutes. Turn them over once about half way through the cooking process.
4. You can make an au jus for your pork chops by adding 1/2 quart of water and 1/2 teaspoon of chicken or beef bouillion to the baking pan. Heat over the stove on medium heat until it starts to boil. Stir the liquid well.
